What are we looking for?
Our National Abuse team is growing, and we are now seeking a Junior Legal Assistant to join our Ashfield office. As a valued member of this team, you will help support our Lawyers as they advance civil claims on behalf of our clients who have been abused as children in schools, juvenile detention facilities, and in other institutional settings.
This role will offer flexible work arrangements, a 1:1 working partnership supporting a lawyer or law clerk within a very busy practice. You will be integral to supporting and driving the practice from an administration level. Your energy and drive will be integral in achieving successful outcomes along with your positive approach to your work. A typical day will often look like this:

Ideally you will have previous experience as an assistant, personal assistant or legal secretary, particularly in the area of personal injury law, together with the following skills and attributes:
