In this role you will work with a friendly and experienced Legal Administrative team. You will assist with reception duties, archiving, meeting room set-up, billing and finance processes, as well as covering periods of leave and assisting with workloads around the ebbs and flows of the busy practice groups.
To be successful for this position you will ideally have:
- The desire to learn and the ability to pick up new skills quickly and with ease
- Adaptable and flexible with change
- Provide overflow support
- Exceptional time management and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
