The successful candidate will be working in one of the most established specialist gastroenterology practices in the Hunter. You would have the opportunity for on the job training, from some of the most experienced MEDICAL ADMINISTRATION professionals in our region. All you need is enthusiasm, and an aptitude for learning. This is a JUNIOR MEDICAL ADMINISTRATION role which will initially be two to three days per week. Qualifications & experience
- No experience required, just a high level of personal presentation, excellent communication skills and ability to work unsupervised.

- Meet and greet patients
- Answering Phone
- General Filing
- Office Administration including sending facsimiles, emails and sorting mail.
- Handling of cash and EFT payments.
