BCB Plumbing and Trade Services has been operating for 8 years in the Plumbing Industry specialising in Domestic, Commercial and Industrial maintenance services. We are looking at expanding our business through the addition of a Junior Office Administrator.
Description of Role
In this role you will be responsible for assisting in clerical and administrative tasks associated with providing quality customer service & efficiency of business tasks.
Key Responsibilities Include;
- Answering phones
- Scheduling
- Data entry & maintaining of records
- Ensure ongoing & consistent client satisfaction through effective & efficient communication
What you will bring to the role
No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided on the job. Our office is located in Sumner Park.
You will also possess the below qualities
- A friendly and professional phone manner
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Be able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and great problem-solving skills
- Must be able to multi-task & prioritize tasks
- Competent computer & social media skills
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
The successful application will undergo an initial and continuous training/ probation period. We anticipate the successful applicant would commence full time 38 hours per week within 4 weeks if mutually satisfied.
