As a maintenance Air-Conditioning / HVAC Technician in our expanding team, you will be responsible for completing planned and reactive commercial maintenance requests across multiple key contracts (Qantas, Healthscope & BP) for BGIS.
This role is based in Melbourne, VIC.
Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain heating, cooling and refrigeration equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
- Ventilate equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously.
- Maintenance work on cooling units.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
- Inspect and maintain refrigerators and chilled water supply systems as required.
- Inspect and maintain the BMS.
Skills & Experience
- Trade Qualification (HVAC) or Apprentice
- Experience in Commerical Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (desired)
- ARCTick Licence
- White Card
