About the role:
To deliver quality clinical nursing services, integral in delivering day to day clinical support to our doctors as well as high quality healthcare for our patients. This role includes but is not limited to assistance in chronic disease management, triage, vaccinations, wound care, pathology collection, health assessments, recall, coordination of the treatment room, cold chain management and sterilisation.
We are looking for someone who is committed to the primary health care sector with a strong focus on holistic patient care.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A caring and collaborative approach to patient care
- Compassion and dedication to our patients
- A positive and proactive “can-do” attitude
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Flexibility and reliability with rostered hours
- RN AHPRA registration and able to use medical software when recording work undertaken.
- Preferably some experience working in general practice (but will consider graduate nurses)
