AMESCORP is one of Sydney’s largest custom homebuilders, delivering over 150 projects a year including granny flats, houses & duplexes. We are seeking an individual to fill in a newly created position due to the ongoing growth experienced.
We are a team of young professionals, dedicated to delivering high-quality projects in a fast-paced environment.
Your New Role
Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager, you will be working within our Glendenning office full time.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Manage the CRM system for each project to ensure all deliverables are met.
- Provide regular and timely reporting to management regarding status and progress of tasks, identifying and communicating issues to find solutions, including issuing variations if necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer documentation, contracts, and communications.
- Liaise with staff, other departments, building consultants, surveyors, certifiers, engineers, council, and other third parties to successfully deliver project outcomes.
- Administer general contract tasks, ensuring contract inclusions, pricing, and plans are correct.
- Collate and submit all documents to lodge and obtain DA, CDC, and CC approvals.
- Handover projects to the construction team and ensure projects are ready for commencement.
- Attend weekly pre-construction meetings and report updates for all projects.
- Provide administration support, including general office and administrative duties as required.
Your Background
- Recently graduated or currently studying Construction Project Management or similar.
- A quick learner, fast-paced, and able to look ahead.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A problem solver with a logical mindset.
- Highest level of attention to detail.
- Highly competent in computer and administrative tasks.
- Proven prioritization and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, goal-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
- Capable of handling projects and initiatives of various sizes and complexities.
