We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Manager/Coordinator delivering a number of internal operational technology projects in both software and infrastructure. This pivotal role involves coordinating and optimizing resources, schedules, and project-related activities for minor – medium works projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination
- Monitor and track project tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
- Identify, document, and assess project risks and issues.
- Quality Assurance and Testing
- Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, workshops, and status updates.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Generate and distribute regular project reports and performance metrics.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in resource allocation and scheduling based on project requirements.
- Monitor and track project budget, expenses, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate procurement of necessary equipment, software, and services.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management or coordination role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
