Form of workThis is a new role for a Developer/Builder who are in a very good position with a huge pipeline of work within mid and high rise residential.
They have a pipeline stretching over the next 5 years with projects ranging anywhere from $70m to $250m+.
- They are a leader in their space with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects
- They have good systems and procedures in place
- They have a good culture, you would be working with an experienced team and will receive a lot of autonomy in the role.
- They run realistic programmes and work on realistic budgets! They don’t overplay their hand on projects so they don’t burn their staff out, and they have no need to work with below standard subbies and contractors.
- They are known for giving opportunities for career progression, people stay with the business long-term and with their growing size it is easier to climb up the ranks.
- Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
- Hands-on project management delivery of work
- Provide good technical knowledge
- High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
- Managing the project team
- Experience with mid/high rise apartments
- Proven track record delivering Projects from start to finish
- Open to either an experienced CA looking for the next step into Project management or a Project Manager who is working with a smaller company looking for a bigger challenge
- Good career tenure showing loyalty and reliability
- Relevant construction qualifications & experience
- Experience working with Developer/Builder
