The Role:
Our client is currently seeking a Residential Leasing & Asset Manager to join their collaborative and passionate team. Reporting to the Residential Team Leader, this role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the property industry or leverage their existing skills in a dynamic environment.
This position is open to entry-level candidates with less than one year of experience, as extensive on-the-job training will be provided. Alternatively, experienced professionals in similar roles are encouraged to apply and contribute their expertise to our client's dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage confidently with both internal and external landlords, fostering strong relationships.
- Coordinate appointments, open for inspections, and manage leasing inquiries efficiently.
- Negotiate and execute leasing deals and contracts with prospective tenants.
- Handle tenant inquiries related to billing, lease documentation, maintenance, and other matters.
- Conduct regular rental and maintenance inspections, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Manage online property listings and collaborate with the in-house marketing team to optimize content quality.
- Work closely with the finance team to assist with invoicing and billing inquiries.
- Monitor and report on vacancy rates and arrears, taking proactive measures as needed.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly team meetings, contributing to team goals and objectives.
