Role 1:

• Boutique agency! Parking available!
• Growth role, the assistant has stepped into a Property Manager role and now needs another junior!
• Great team who all give a helping hand when needed
• Fun culture, lunches and team events!
• $60K + super + parking
• 3km from the CBD – shops, cafes, great precinct to be working in!  

Role 2:

• Growth position for a Junior Property Manager
• 100% training you just need a great attitude, willingness to learn and an agent representative certificate
• Car to use or electric scooter for appointments!
• Inner CBD location
• $60K + super + 1 in 5 Saturdays

About You:

• Must have Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) / Agents Representative Certificate - VIC 
• valid drivers licence and vehicle
• customer service focused 
• ability to work in a team environment
• willingness to learn and complete tasks
• a drive to succeed and grow your property management career
