9 day Fortnight:
Week 1 - Monday to Thursday
Week 2 - Monday to Thursday plus Saturday
Mobile Phone + I-pad included
Skills & Experience:
- Agents representative certificate
- 12+ months of real estate experience ideally in property management/leasing
- Ideally has used Property Tree & Inspection Express
- Has processed application forms in the past
- has a car
- Good with Microsoft products
Typical duties will include but not be limited to:
- Property inspections, condition reports, exit reports, application processing.
- management of property portfolio of 60-80 properties that is steadily growing
- Mail distribution.
- VCAT Applications & lodging of claims where required.
- Filing, collating and scanning documents.
- Lease Renewals, rental increases, chasing of arrears
- Administrative tasks assisting in property management
And be able to demonstrate the following:
- Good organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.
- High attention to detail.
- A clear and professional telephone manner.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel
