We are seeking an enthusiastic entry level receptionist looking to gain experience and commence their administrative career in a fast-paced 24/7 restoration industry. Ideally, this role will be suited for recent school leavers.
Immediate start available.
Reporting to the National Administration Manager this role will be responsible for directing incoming business enquiries to staff members relating to the enquiry. This is an important role and the first point of call to provide additional support and administration assistance to the Operations teams and our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties will include, but not be limited to delivering on all works safely & to a high-quality standard.
- Answering all external/internal communication and directing to the appropriate source.
- Maintaining the national Admin in box and re-directing emails to appropriate staff members.
- Professionally liaising with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Documenting client information as required
- Completing miscellaneous administrative tasks.
- Cover and support other administrative positions and duties as required within the company as communicated nationally.
- Attendance and participation in all in-house meetings, industry specific training and coaching as required.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and opportunities.
- Rotating on-call requirements to support 24/7 business operation and hours administrative job management.
Key selection criteria:
- Entry level technological competency (experience with Microsoft Office Suites).
- Desire to work in a customer service administrative position supporting a 24/7 industry.
- Flexibility to adapt to rotating roster.
- Confident and clear verbal/ literacy communication (Mandatory)
- Proactive and innovative behavioral approach.
- Willingness to complete a police check, medical on successful completion of probation period (mandatory).
- Full working rights in Australia (mandatory)
