AddressWestrans Services WA are looking for a Full-time Junior Receptionist at their Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Workshop in Kewdale WA for immediate start.
This role will suit a self-motivated person, who is reliable, well presented and hardworking who has the ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
The successful candidate must possess the following:
- Preferred previous history or currently studying in the field of administration/reception but not required.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Keen interest in learning.
- Punctual, hardworking and honest.
- Strong customer service and time management skills.
- A Drivers License.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Daily duties will include but are not limited to:
- Welcoming visitors and clients, and handling their enquiries efficiently.
- Answering incoming calls, forwarding calls to the relevant people, and scheduling appointments/bookings.
- Handling eftpos and cash transactions
- Provide administrative assistance as required, including typing, data entry, archiving, formatting documents, copying, binding, collating and printing as requested.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Keeping the reception area clean and tidy, including the cleaning and upkeep of the coffee machine.
- Overall administrative support and coverage as required when existing administration staff are absent or on leave.
