Banksia Tourist Park is a Tourist Park offering onsite/site accommodation including a

Life Style Village for over 55’s based in Hazelmere.

The Role

•   Front reception duties - answer all incoming calls and redirecting them as required, managing incoming correspondence and taking reservation bookings

•   Meet and greet our guests & clients

•   Provide administrative support for team members

•   Scanning, photocopying, electronic filing

•   Perform ad-hoc office duties - ensuring boardroom and main areas are always kept clean and tidy, plus any other tasks that may be required

• General Office House Keeping

About You

•  Looking for experience in Reservation/Reception

• Available Monday to Sunday (Including Public Holidays)

•   Intermediate computer skills

•   Excellent telephone manner, organisational and interpersonal skills

•   Ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail

•   Be well-presented, courteous, and professional

•   Proactive work ethic and have initiative

•   Have a friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful attitude

•   Be client focused

•  Police Clearance (Current)

•   No previous experience is necessary
