We are currently seeking a well presented, friendly and professional Junior Receptionist to join our vibrant administration team in our West Perth accounting practice. The successful applicant will need to be client focused, have good attention to detail, willingness to go the extra step for our clients and be a team player with a positive attitude towards your work.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails and clients’ enquiries
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Greet clients
- Binding and collating documents
- Attend to Banking / Post Office
- Liaise with clients and suppliers via email/call
- Scanning, filing, archiving
- Manage outlook calendars
- Other general office duties
We are looking for someone who has:
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel and Word
- A calm, confident personality with a pleasant phone manner
- Energetic, reliable, bubbly and outgoing with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail
