The opportunity
This is a full-time entry level position, with reception work, administration tasks and general office duties. This role will suit a confident and friendly person as you will be the first point of contact when people visit our head office in Balcatta. 

We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and reliable individual with good presentation and phone etiquette to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
The main area of responsibility for this role is to maintain a customer focused reception area for visitors and to provide administrative support to the accounts team. You will also;

  • Meet and greet guests and visitors;
  • Answer phones, direct calls and take messages;
  • Provide customer service support;
  • Offer administrative and accounts support including some data entry;
  • Distribute emails and other communications to relevant parties &
  • General office duties.
About you
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a great attitude, a willingness to learn and possess a high level of Customer service skills. You will also have:
  • A welcoming and friendly phone manner;
  • Experience working in a reception or administrative role. Beneficial but not essential;
  • Excellent communication skills combined with strong attention to detail;
  • Well-developed computing skills including Microsoft Office products e.g. Excel and Word;
  • Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner;
  • Good time management focusing on accuracy and attention to detail.
