What you will be doing:
Working alongside a successful and established agent, you will be exposed to the entire sales process. You will have access to amazing resources, which will enable you to develop your career within the real estate industry.

• Attend daily team meetings
• Prepare for and attend appraisals with the lead agent
• Manage buyer inquiry
• Letter box dropping and door knocking
• Open home pack preparation
• Prospecting and database management
• Open home call backs
• Attend photoshoots
• Learn to negotiate and close sales on your own

The right candidate will have:

• Sales and customer service experience in or out of real estate
• A current NSW Certificate of Registration
• A great attitude and willingness to learn
• A passion for sales and hunger to succeed
• The confidence to talk to clients on the phone
• A valid drivers licence and reliable car
• Full Australian working rights
