Jumpstart Your Career at Concentrix
Are you a recent grad or just starting your career? Lead Generation Representative at Concentrix, you'll dive into the world of sales and marketing.
Your Role:
Reach out to potential customers via phone and email.
Find and qualify leads through cold calling and marketing campaigns.
Help schedule appointments for our sales team.
Maintain records using Salesforce.com.
Assist clients, and share info about our products.
Build relationships with clients and partners.
Explore new business opportunities.
Report sales results to your manager.
A positive outlook in facing sales/customer objections and meeting performance goals set.
Your Qualifications:
Ideally you should have the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, TAFE, Certificate IV with some working experience in sales.
Must have an interest in sales and have a natural ability to build relationships with people.
Call-handling experience is a plus, those with up to 12 months of outbound call centre or telemarketing experience will have an added advantage.
Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
Strong & and persuasive communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English with familiarity of the Australian Market
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have full working rights in Australia and ability to complete background, police, & credit checks.
