Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out regular field servicing and maintenance
- Supporting customers and staff by troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving equipment related issues
- Maintaining inventory levels of the workshop
- Implementing and managing service contract scheduling
- Maintain strong customer relationships at all levels of management
Experience and Skills
- Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, or equivalent qualifications or hands on experience
- Audio Visual Technicians highly recommended to apply
- Great knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical and software systems and the ability to apply them
- Excellent IT/PC literacy skills with basic networking across Windows and Linux Environments
- Vendor and Stakeholder engagement advantageous
- Prior experience with diagnostics equipment, medical devices, food processing or in a healthcare setting favourable but not necessary
- Hands on experience in service and maintenance of equipment favourable
- You will be inquisitive and solution focussed and will enjoy finding faults and rectifying the issue
- A full Australian Driver’s License is required
