Position Overview:
Are you passionate about delivering remarkable client experiences and enjoy organising and coordinating multiple projects? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Training Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning, coordination, and execution of training events that contribute to the growth and success of our organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to gain valuable experience in training event management within the non-profit sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration, planning and coordination of training events, workshops, and seminars.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage logistics, including quotations, venue coordination, catering, materials preparation, and equipment setup.
- Handle attendee registrations, and inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the development of promotional materials and marketing strategies for training courses.
- Manage online training systems and platforms to ensure smooth operation and optimal user experience.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to events and attendees.
- Support post-event evaluations and feedback collection to improve future events.
Qualifications:
- Desirable: Certificate IV in Business or willing to undertake a traineeship
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to pick up other software systems.
- Demonstrated passion for training and commitment to our organisation's mission.
- Previous experience in training event planning or administration is a plus.
- Experience in Salesforce is a plus.
