About the Role
We are currently looking for a Junior Construction Administrator to join the team. We don’t need someone experienced in this role, our belief is that skills can be taught but attitude is rarely trained…so if you are comfortable with technology, are well presented, down to earth and have a ‘can do’ attitude, we want to talk to you!
This role has a strong focus on creating a positive customer journey and is designed to support our customers throughout the construction period of their new forever home.
It is located at our Head Office in Varsity Lakes. Our office hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, and Fridays 8.30am to 4pm.
Main responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Data entry of construction related certificates
- Sending first and final construction certificates to the private certifier for inspections, prior to inspection date
- Follow up outstanding certificates
- Completion of certificates with accuracy and in line with Coral Homes expected timeframes
- Collating documentation from handover, final walkthrough and quality insurance inspections as required
- Undertake any other duties as directed by management to assist the construction administration team
To be successfully considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following;
- Customer service experience
- Previous experience in an admin role (beneficial but not essential)
- Certificate in business admin field, or an interest in undertaking further training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Proven history of being highly reliable
- Confident with (or willing to learn) Microsoft Office
- Be solutions focussed, with our customers best interests front of mind
