About the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial and relationship driven Key Account Manager to join our team and support our large customer accounts.
Operating in the rapidly growing and dynamic occupational health environment, you will be responsible for maintaining quality relationships to ensure all customers obtain maximum benefit from our products and services.
Applicants do not need to have a health background, but rather transferrable skills you have from other roles or education that would make you a standout for the role.
In this role, while our head office is based in Hobart, we offer the flexibility for remote work.
Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts, you will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and foster long-term client relationships.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing Key Accounts to expand the company's market share.
- Actively engaging with potential and existing customers to maximise sales opportunities.
- Preparing and presenting tailored solutions based on customers’ needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure seamless account management.
- Maintaining a CRM to capture current sales activity.
- Developing and maintaining an understanding of the marketplace and competitor offerings.
- Representing WHA as a brand ambassador at networking events.
About You
This role will suit a highly ambitious, self-motivated professional with B2B experience, an affinity for health in the employment sector, and a passion for converting sales opportunities.
You will have:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Competency in executing a targeted sales plan.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational and personal management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and action sales performance metrics.
- CRM experience.
