Position Description
The purpose of the Key Account Manger role is to proactively build and maintain strategic partnerships with our portfolio of clients, whilst understanding their people and business goals. This includes supporting their program strategy, promoting product adoption, identifying new opportunities and ensuring that their business and budgetary requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for client account management matters and develop trusted advisor relationships with Key Accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors and partners.
- Understand client objectives to identify new opportunities, highlight best practices and implement strategic campaigns/initiatives to drive program engagement.
- Provide meaningful, relevant and insightful analysis on program performance and demonstrate how this is aligned to client goals.
- Retain client portfolio value through renewal and find opportunities to increase annual contract value through additional services and solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with internal and client teams to ensure the seamless and timely delivery of our programs.
- Host regular WIPs, scrums, workshops, reviews and planning sessions to support client with the management of the program.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in Account Management.
- Proven ability to develop relationships with business leaders and decision makers.
- Proven experience in managing client budgets, project requirements and program enhancements.
- Results driven and attentive to client expectations.
- Deep understanding of marketing activities, initiatives and trends.
- Keen eye for detail whilst alleviating blockages and business challenges.
- Passionate and well-structured with a can-do attitude.
- Experience within the loyalty & rewards industry is preferred, but not essential.
