We are on the hunt for a Key Account Managerfor our Australian retail business. You will be someone who possesses a high level of analytical ability and has a strong business acumen. The focus will be managing Narta Head Office and Key Narta business partners.
The role will be based in Sydney with regular interstate travel required.
About the role
Success is a mixture of many things. You need great strategy, the right market intelligence, a world class product and a solid understanding of your customers. The opportunities are many and varied. We're looking for a real star to ensure we convert these opportunities to our bottom line by driving a consistent and excellent approach.
You will use insight and innovation in the planning and execution of Key Account strategy, ensuring the strategic plan is translated into executable actions that deliver, resulting in increased product market share and profitable growth. The successful candidate will build relationships and provide a value proposition that cultivates a momentum of enthusiasm and pull for Haier’s brand, vision and products, converting quotes into win-rates.

When it comes to account management and sales, you've got it all; you know our products, understand our retail partners and consumers, and you can skilfully articulate commercial reasons why our products are number one.
You will be a confident presenter and negotiator with the ability to think outside of the box. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence internally and externally at all levels is imperative; as is strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
Results driven, you will relish the opportunity to work within and contribute to a dynamic and evolving environment. You believe in building effective relationships that are underpinned by integrity and trust and maintaining a reputation of reliability is important to you.
We'll provide comprehensive training and give you the tools of trade and motivation you'll need to help you do the job well. A tertiary qualification in either Marketing, Business or Commerce is desirable but not a requirement.
You will likely have a minimum of 3 years’ retail sales experience, preferably within the appliance industry and or mass-premium consumer brands.
