COMPANY
Allround Packaging are a national well known flexible packaging business specializing in all forms of laminated recyclable packaging systems. With strong stance within the Australian market offering many popular products such as flexible packaging & food packaging systems, food packaging, & film. The types of markets this business would target and sell into are food manufacturers, supplement brands, pet, small to medium sized businesses, cafes, FMCG, distributors, industrial warehousing & any commercial environment with a packaging requirement.
POSITION
This role has been created take over a large portfolio of accounts due to organic growth of the business, you will work very closely with the business development manager and sales manager to maximise growth in the region. You will have the responsibility of managing the day to day of those accounts but to find further growth in those accounts. You will be able to make changes quickly due to the companies flexibility without needing to navigate through the red tape. You will be rewarded with an above industry commission structure on account retention and growth.
· Relationship management and contact of Key Accounts
· Sales cycle & pipeline management
· Product and solution promotion
· Sustainability discussions – product development
· 90% managing existing accounts | 10% new business
CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate for the position will be coming from flexible packaging background, with technical experience on how flexibles work, however this not critical as training can be provided from their experienced team. We are open to all levels of experience as the role will be moulded around you. Key skills we will be looking for:
