The Role
At Infin8 care, Hotel Services - Kitchen Assistants play a key role in meeting our residents’ daily needs, at our Southhaven facility - Padstow Heights Aged Care Facility | Infinite Care (infin8care.com.au)
Working as part of the Hotel Services team, and reporting to the Head Chef, you will work with limited supervision and be responsible for a variety of activities include food preparation and service, in room service and ensuring that the dining areas remain clean and ready for service.
About You
- Kitchen or Food handling experience. Cleaning experience also desirable.
- Have a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or have the ability to get one).
- Proactive and measured attitude to identifying & preventing safety hazards in the workplace.
- Adopt a safety-first approach to daily tasks and supporting colleagues at all times.
- Commitment to attend safety specific training and upskilling sessions paid by the company.
- Willingness to come up with safety ideas that improve awareness, hazard reduction and incident reporting.
