Responsibilities:
·Prepare and cook burgers and fried chicken dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
·Ensure the efficient and timely production of menu items, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
·Monitor and manage food inventory to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
·Collaborate with kitchen team members to streamline workflow and maintain a smooth operation.
·Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
·Food Safety Supervision
·Proven experience in a kitchen setting, with a focus on burger and fried chicken preparation.
·High level of proficiency in cooking techniques and methods specific to burger and fried chicken dishes.
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
·Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
·Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
·Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
·Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
