- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of store & kitchen.
- Managing all expected key performance indicators i.e., COGS financial & rostering.
- Supervising & coaching team members to deliver exceptional ZSG experience.
- Deliver ZSG food quality & safety standards.
- Preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies.
- Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
- Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff.
- Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations.
- Assisting with the training of staff.
- Highly motivated natural leader who doesn’t hesitate to be hands on

- Experienced Restaurant or Kitchen Management: 2 years minimum (Preferred)
