This is a fantastic experience to lead an amazing and experienced team in a well established Aged Care facility in the Sutherland Shire.
As Kitchen Manager, you will bring your expert experience to lead the kitchen team, work with the Chef Manager to create enticing menus, and manage the entire operation of the facilities kitchen.
As Kitchen manager, your role will involve:
Stock control and ordering
Staff rostering
Budgeting and food costing
Effective management of kitchen staff
Ensure high standard of food is being sent out
Maintain kitchen presentation and cleanliness
Maintain safe, secure and healthy workplace environment
About the role: Monday - Friday
6:30am - 3pm
$80,000 - $90,000 super penalties if applicable
140 bed facility
About You:
Australian citizen or resident with full valid work rights
