Our client who are a mid size, Sydney based law firm is currently seeking a Learning & Development Manager working 3 days a week. This is a newly created role so a great opportunity to make the position your own. You will be working closely with the CEO. The ideal candidate must have legal experience.
Duties:
- Consult with internal stakeholders to identify key capability needs and priorities.
- Lead the design, development and delivery of effective learning solutions.
- Carry out regular training sessions.
- Manage the firm' e learning platform
- Partner with managers and subject matter experts.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and value delivered by learning initiatives.
- Enable effective knowledge management.
- Manage efficient and effective L&D administration processes.
- Gather feedback from training sessions and run reports as and when necessary.
- Previous experience in a law firm
