Location - North of river
Contract length - 5 months
Your new role
- Sound technical knowledge of PC hardware and software.
- Working knowledge of Apple iOS and Android computing devices.
- Sound knowledge of network hardware and protocols.
- Working knowledge of Help Desk support and service management processes.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software suite.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience in a Help Desk role working in a team environment.
Demonstrated experience in installing, configuring, and supporting PC hardware and Software, including the current Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Demonstrated experience in Windows operating system administration and support.
- Broad experience in support of commonly used PC and mobile applications (Adobe, Apple iOS, Android etc)
