We seek an enthusiastic person to join our team providing exceptional ICT service to staff and students. This position takes enquiries and provides support by phone, front desk and on location.
This entry level position would suit a motivated graduate or someone with strong technical IT skills, who has excellent relationship building and customer service skills.
The successful applicant must:
- Love helping adults and children with IT issues
- Be positive with a 'can do’ team player attitude
- Possess outstanding communication and relationship skills
- Be able to trouble shoot and problem solve technical IT issues
- Be able to interpret customer needs and explain technical concepts clearly
- Ideally have relevant qualifications &/or demonstrated experience
