Previous experience in a similar role.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows AD.
Intermediate Level 1 ICT troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and professional phone manners.
The ability to prioritize tasks to meet SLAs.
A desire to learn and grow into more senior roles.
Strong documentation and independent work skills.
