We are seeking a Service Desk Officer in the full time ongoing position based at our West Leederville Office position commencing as soon as possible.
The Role
The Service Desk Officer is Digital Technology’s first line of engagement with CEWA stakeholders. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality IT support to all CEWA staff, including schools and partner companies, while also capturing knowledge artefacts, identifying improvement areas, and maintaining the CEWA asset register.
About you?
- Commitment to the objectives and ethos of Catholic education and child safety
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Ability to adapt and perform at a high level in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Two or more years of experience in IT support with Windows and Apple technologies, including software, hardware, networks, and ticketing systems.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Efficient troubleshooting, initiative-taking, and issue tracking skills.
- Confident and friendly telephone manner.
- Studying towards a formal qualification in Information Technology is highly desirable.
- School based experience is highly desirable.

- Salary range for this position is E1 to E4 on the CEO salary scale ($68, 007 - $73, 311 per annum) plus superannuation.
