Sullivan Nicolaides now has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Medical Laboratory Scientist to join their Lismore Laboratory on a full-time basis. Shifts will vary between 7:00 am and 8:30 pm Monday to Friday, with participation in a rotating weekend and on-call roster as required.

The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas: Haematology, Blood Bank, Biochemistry, or Haemostasis; SRA, LIS, and WHS.

The successful applicant must be meticulous, efficient, able to work unsupervised or as part of a team and show commitment to patient care and customer service. An AIMS-accredited medical laboratory science degree is a requirement.

The Lismore Laboratory of Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology promotes continuing education through support for conference attendance and extensive in-house quality assurance programs, training and educational activities.

The high level of service provided by Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology is delivered by a dedicated staff comprising of pathologists, scientists, technicians, laboratory assistants, collection personnel, couriers, computer personnel, pathology services assistants and other support staff. The successful candidate will join a welcoming team, many of whom have stayed with the organisation for a number of years.
