The Role
Supporting the team of Allied Health Consultants and Employment Consultants, the Labour Market Analyst is an integral role that allows us to explore vocational options that may assist injured workers in their return to employment by conducting Labour Market research.

You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s sterling reputation for high quality service delivery with discipline specific assessments, consultancy services, injury prevention initiatives and case management.
Relationships
Being a valued member of our team, you will be expected to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through liaison with insurers, doctors, health professionals and employers to drive positive return to work outcomes.

Let’s see if you’re a good fit for our team:
- Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation, Employment Services or Recruitment would be highly regarded
- Experience with conducting cold-canvassing calls
- Savvy with Microsoft Office and database maintenance
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for health and well-being, injury prevention and assisting people to recover and return to work
