Landscape And Maintenance Officer

1. OBJECTIVES: 

The Landscape and Maintenance Officer is responsible for estate and housing maintenance as directed as well as assisting the Estate Supervisor.

2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

4. General horticultural maintenance and upkeep of the estate:
5. Parks, verges, street trees, mulching of garden beds, weeding, replacement of failed plants, rubbish collection & removal, vacant lots.
6. Painting and basic fencing work.
7. Relocation/ setup of temp fencing.
8. Setup / relocation of lot signage.
9. Maintaining equipment.
10. Assistance with setup of events as required.
11. Other duties as directed.

Build strong partnerships with all key stakeholders including management, staff, and clients to deliver a high level of customer service.

2. Possess or be willing to possess qualifications in horticulture.
3. Maintain good knowledge of the company's business, market conditions and the property industry across all geographies.
4. Maintain good technical knowledge of relevant legislation and/ or industry requirements.
5. Assist in the identification and implementation of improvements to systems, reports and procedures.
6. Participate in the ongoing training and development of yourself and the team.
