What you're going to need to do:
- use your existing skills to solve real world problems for property law clients;
- take charge of your own files once you've settled in and manage clients and other people in the industry;
- work to gain experience on commercial files such as leasing and conveyancing;
- use legal industry platforms such as LEAP and PEXA;
- Draft and prepare legal documentation, including sales contracts, leases, and agreements;
- Manage property settlements;
- try you hand a generalist law tasks so your skill base is diverse;
- work along side other lawyers and support staff with a great attitude
