Due to continued growth, we have multiple opportunities for mid-level experienced lawyers to join our highly respected commercial and private client team. The private client team provides a full range of commercial services to Private Clients and their associated entities, and specialise in advising on tax, superannuation, structuring and restructuring, and estate planning/disputes and succession.
As we have multiple roles, we are looking for people with experience in any or all of the following areas:

• Tax
• Estates, estate administration or disputes
• Estate planning
• SMSFs
• Commercial transactions

The Role
This role will provide invaluable hands on experience working on client matters and developing a broader knowledge in the private client space, with direct client contact. You will provide pragmatic and clear advice on the following matters:

• Structuring, tax and succession advice to high net worth individuals, family groups and small to medium businesses
• Tax disputes, including advice, objections, appeals and court work
• Superannuation, trusts and structures generally
• Advice and tailoring family discretionary and unit trusts and other entity documents
• Draft commercial documents and provide advice for restructures
• Small to medium businesses mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions
