Administration & Client Liaison Position

Exciting Multi-Faceted Opportunity / Immediate Start

We are looking for an experienced Administration/Client Liasson Officer to join our established and rapidly growing team.

• 9:30am to 6pm Monday to Thursday, 9am to 1pm Friday
• No weekends!

Key aspects of this role include:

Administration:

• Entering Client data & appointments made by sales consultants
• Assisting with reporting for multiple sales teams
• Experience and ability to help implement/create effective reporting systems will be preferential
• Monitoring and Compliance of calls
• Assistant to the Director
• Well established computer skills are a must

Client Liaison/Sales Support:

• Maintaining effective relationship with clients through ongoing support and assisting sales consultants follow up through sales cycle
• Good phone manner
• Assisting clients with Document collection and information processing with pre-booked 30–40-minute calls.

The successful candidate should possess:

• Proven experience and demonstrated ability to fit both role requirements well.
• 2 years + experience in similar roles
• Great time managements skills and organisation
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Understanding or previous experience in the industry will be highly regarded
• The ability to be flexible and dynamic with tasks and pace
• Must be available for required work hours –This is NOT a work fromhome position
