The Opportunity
Support with L&D design tasks such as content review updates and maintenance of induction/onboarding materials, training programs, workshops, MS Teams digital sessions, online learning modules, including new development and other identified business projects to meet organisational performance requirements.
About You
- Minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain if successful in the role
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working directly in Employment Services Programs (preferrable)
- High attention to detail with the ability to be solution focussed and work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to support others
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships (internally and externally)
- Advanced computer skills – ability to effectively use Microsoft office suite and confidently learn e-learning development software and editing tools
- High level organisational skills, problem solving, creativity and innovation skills
- Experience in Learning Development and/or Learning Product Development Experience (highly regarded)
- Experience and skills in e-learning development using Articulate 360 software (highly regarded)
- Previous experience in face-to-face group facilitation/training (highly regarded)
- Work from home 2 days per week/3 days in the office
