This well resourced and wonderful Centre in Mascot are seeking a Lead Educator to join their Baby Room.
Offering:
- Up to $38ph
- Full-time, permanent employment
- 4 or 5 working days, condensed hours options
- Baby Room
- Well equip and resourced Centre
- Close to transport links
- 2 additional Educators in the room
- Time off the floor to engage in professional development
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled at coaching and mentoring
- A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
- Right to Work in Australia (without restriction)
- At least 6 months experience as an Educator, or similar
