Ideally, you’ll be diploma qualified, but if you’re working toward this qualification that’s ok! We’d love to talk about how we can support you. 

You will need a valid paid blue Card, and if you’ve let your First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications lapse, that’s ok; you’ll have 4 weeks to renew it after you start with us. 

Your key responsiblities will be: 

1. Create and lead the curriculum for the children in the room which you are allocate to 2. Observe children's development, document their learnings and achievements, and set goals for their future development. 

3. Lead, mentor and teach your educators supporting you in the room 

4. Communicate effectively with parents, Educators and children 

5. Ensure a safe, engaging learning environment through the implementation of provocations of learning, and invitations to play 

6. Engage in centre events including special celebrations at the service, and community days.

The successful candiate will be offered a salary of between $50,000 and $70,000 dependent on experience and qualification.
