Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of creative assets for various teams within the company, including but not limited to marketing, community and partnerships.

• Take full ownership of design direction, from conception to completion, to help grow our brands.

• Develop, maintain, and refine brand guidelines, addressing current inconsistencies and establishing a cohesive brand identity.

• Create compelling website and landing page designs, social media collaterals, animations, prospectuses, and brochures.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

• Efficiently manage and deliver multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality or creativity.

• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually improve the team's skillset.

• Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience in graphic design

• A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across various mediums, such as print, digital, and multimedia

• Experience and skill with UI/UX is a big bonus

• Understanding of typography, color theory, and composition

• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the quality and consistency of design work

• Strong communication skills to convey ideas and provide constructive feedback

• Project management skills to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Ability to identify and address design challenges, finding creative solutions to meet project goals.
