About the role
You’ll be representing the Minister for Industrial Relations and the Executive Director GSLR manage workforce matters across the entire WA public sector.
That includes the development, implementation and assessment of Labour Relations strategies, policies and practices – placing a particular emphasis on reform, bargaining, and employer support.
You’ll draw on your experience in leading project teams and nurturing effective stakeholder relationships to drive the Government’s workforce objectives.
Your actions will have a significant impact on the public sector and delivering outcomes that work for the broader WA community.
We currently have one permanent role (MIS19066) immediately available. There are also two fixed term contracts (MIS23283 for 18 months; 00016424 until 13 September 2024) with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.
We may also draw on this process for other fixed term and permanent opportunities over the next 12 months.
