SalaryThe Lead Pharmacist – Manufacturing Services will be responsible for the oversight, co-ordination and management of all oncology, sterile and non-sterile pharmacy manufacturing across all campuses of Western Health, to ensure an uninterrupted and comprehensive service. Specific tasks include the co-ordination, supervision, training and quality assurance of staff providing pharmacy Manufacturing Services to inpatients and outpatients, while undertaking an operational role in the provision of these services.

- Have significant experience as a registered pharmacist

- Have significant experience in pharmacy sterile and extemporaneous manufacturing

Selection Criteria Essential: Do you have a Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent?
Essential: Are you registered (or eligible to be registered) as a Pharmacist with AHPRA?
Essential: Do you have people management experience?
Essential: Do you have previous hospital pharmacy experience?
Essential: Do you have sterile and extemporaneous pharmacy manufacturing experience?
