You'll be the bridge between technology and business, ensuring that our clients' security needs are met effectively.You are great at:1. Customer Engagement:
- Identify and analyze customer challenges and specific technical and business requirements.
- Propose customer-specific solutions to address their business needs through OpenText Cybersecurity products adoption.
- Create comprehensive solution scopes, including business cases, total cost of ownership (TCO), and return on investment (ROI) analyses.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept to showcase cybersecurity solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs. Assist in closing deals by providing technical validation.
- Articulate the value proposition of OpenText's Cybersecurity portfolio.
- Address technical inquiries and provide expert guidance to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging threats, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Understand OpenText's cybersecurity portfolio thoroughly.
- Translate technical features into business benefits for clients.
- Assist in solution scoping, architecture design, and feasibility assessments.
- Knowledge (preferably) of OpenText Cybersecurity technology and solution
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CISOs, IT managers, and security teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations on security strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to align security solutions with their specific needs and goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales role, preferably in the cybersecurity domain
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with security frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are advantageous.
