Leading Cellar Hand - Mitchelton Winery

As our Leading Cellar Hand, you'll help coordinate and execute all aspects of cellar operations under the direction of the Winery Operations Manager to ensure the production of high-quality wines.

The role and responsibilities include;
- Performing all aspects of cellar production work
- Supervision and training of junior cellar staff and vintage workers during harvest
- Implementing cellar SOP and maintaining facility hygiene

Formal qualification and international experience is preferred
