The role:
We are looking for an individual to lead the Council's Tree Maintenance Team, where your experience in all aspects of arboriculture will ensure the efficient maintenance of Council's extensive arboriculture pruning operations which contributes to quality open spaces for the community.
Specialist Skills, Required Knowledge and Conditions:
- Certificate III qualifications or equivalent in Horticulture with experience in Arboriculture Minimum of 24 months experience in tree maintenance operations are desirable.
- Truck Licence - minimum MR
- Work Zone Traffic Management Certificate.
- EWP licence

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the coordination and scheduling of day-to-day work activities for the arb team.
Ensure work groups complete work programs to high standard in the most cost-effective manner.
Motivate and have a strong commitment to safe work practices, be a team player, and have excellent problem solving abilities.
